2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

Access to the pg 13 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law.
• You are not a person previously excluded or suspended from the platform.

3. Account Registration and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. PG 13 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

All accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or otherwise sharing account access is prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.

4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the pg 13 platform, you agree to the following obligations:

• You will not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Philippine laws or regulations.
• You will not attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use automated tools, bots, or scripts.
• You will not engage in fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, or misuse of payment systems.
• You will not harass, threaten, or abuse other users or platform staff.
• You will not attempt to access accounts belonging to other users or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure.
• You will not misrepresent your identity or provide false information at any point during registration or verification.

Any breach of these obligations may result in account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances, subject to applicable law.

5. Payments and Transactions

All financial transactions on the pg 13 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, Maya, QR Ph, online banking, and other local channels displayed in the account section at the time of transaction.

Deposits are credited to your account after successful payment confirmation. Withdrawal requests are subject to verification procedures and may require identity or payment method confirmation before processing. PG 13 does not charge fees for standard transactions, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

PG 13 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals pending verification of account identity, transaction legitimacy, or compliance with applicable regulations. Funds derived from fraudulent or prohibited activity will not be paid out.

6. Limitation of Liability

PG 13 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pg 13 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

PG 13 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of funds, data, or access. This includes losses arising from platform downtime, game errors, or delays in transaction processing. Online gaming involves financial risk, and you participate at your own discretion.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

PG 13 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise operating contrary to the platform's rules or applicable law.

In cases of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or regulatory concern, pg 13 may place a temporary hold on an account and its associated balance pending investigation. Account closures resulting from confirmed violations may result in forfeiture of remaining balances.

8. Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written authorisation.

Use of the pg 13 brand name, logo, or any platform assets for commercial or promotional purposes without permission is strictly prohibited.
